Deadlines:

  • The contest will begin at 12:01 AM on April 15th, 2024, and end on May 2nd, 2024, at midnight.
  • Deadline to enter is 12 midnight (eastern U.S.) on May 2nd, 2024.
  • Winners will be chosen and notified by random draw no later than May 10th, 2024.
  • Alternate winners (if any) will be chosen by May 30th, 2024.

How to Enter:

  • To enter go to this page and fill in all fields.
  • Must provide your name and a valid email address.
  • Contestant information will be added to the Genealogy TV newsletter and will be used solely for Genealogy TV announcements of the latest videos, promotions, and or notification if you are a winner. You can unsubscribe at any time.
  • There is no purchase necessary.

Your Information

  • We ask for your name and valid email address.
  • Used only for Genealogy TV Newsletter and is for contacting winners only.
  • Will not be shared with anyone except for winner’s name and email will be given to either Ancestry or MyHeritage to set up your accounts.

How Winners are Chosen:

  • After the contest ends, winners will be drawn by a random number generator.
  • Winners will need to verify their address within the United States by providing a valid ID.
  • Winners must respond within 72 hours of email notification, or an alternate winner will be chosen.
  • Only one prize can be awarded per household.

Eligibility:

  • You must reside in the United States of America.
  • You must be 18 years old to play.
  • One entry per household.
  • Duplicate entries will be eliminated from play.

Reasons for Disqualification

  • Entries that do not comply with these rules will be disqualified.
  • Any electronic means, such as third party manipulation to increase the odds of entry will be disqualified.

Odds of Winning:

  • Odds of winning are determined by the number of entries.
  • Your membership in any Genealogy TV related subscription or sponsor does not increase the odds of winning.
  • Being a subscriber to the YouTube channel, any Genealogy TV social media platform, or any subscription owned by Genealogy TV, its affiliates, sponsors, or prize providers, will not increase the odds of winning.

Contest Ownership:

  • Genealogy TV and Constance Knox are not responsible for the sponsor prizes or the family history discoveries or results of such prizes.
  • Genealogy TV solely owns this contest.
  • YouTube, Ancestry, and MyHeritage have no ownership of this contest.
  • All contest decisions are governed by Constance Knox and all decisions are final.
