Handouts are not mailed, they are immediate downloads. Check you email first. Then click the download link shown in the example.
After clicking the download link, CHECK YOUR DOWNLOADS FOLDER! It might not be immediately obvious that you’ve downloaded the file.
You might find handouts in the lower left corner of your screen after clicking the download link or where you have download files go in your file explorer.
If you don’t find your email within a few minutes, check your SPAM or JUNK FOLDERS in your email.
If you want to try downloading again, refresh your email page and the handout link will reappear.
If you still can’t find your handouts in your email, contact me here. I’ll make sure you get it.
If you’re not getting the handout email, it might be a firewall setting on your computer. Make sure that GenealogyTV.org is on your safe list.
