Our refund policy provides a 30-day window for most purchases. After 30 days from the purchase date, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

– Digital downloads (including handouts)

– Gift cards

– Downloadable software

– Purchases made for merchandise that is not a digital download or course on the Genealogy TV website. These are items such as t-shirts and mugs purchased on Spring or Amazon products. These items will fall under the return policy of those platforms.

Partial Refunds

We may grant partial refunds in the following situations:

– Accidental duplicate purchases of the same handout

– Accidental duplicate purchases of the same course

Refund Request Requirements

– All digital download duplicate refund requests must be submitted in writing within 30 days of purchase

– For duplicate course membership refunds, reimbursement is limited to three months of duplicated monthly membership fees, calculated from the date Genealogy TV, LLC receives written notification

Once approved, refunds will be processed through your original payment method. Processing time varies by payment provider:

– Credit card refunds typically take 5-10 business days

– Bank transfers may require 5-7 business days

– Other payment methods may vary

Sale Items

Refunds will be processed for the actual amount paid, regardless of whether the item was purchased at full price or during a sale.
